Sundar Pichai & Nvidia CEO Huang Break Silence on Anthropic’s Claude AI Plug-ins

Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai dismissed fears that AI would harm software firms. Meanwhile, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang pushed back against the idea that traditional software tools are becoming obsolete. He called the belief that software will be replaced by AI “the most illogical thing in the world,” suggesting that technology will evolve rather than disappear.

Market worries increased after Anthropic introduced autonomous AI assistants and plug-ins capable of automating tasks for teams such as legal, sales, and marketing. Investors fear businesses could rely less on traditional software providers if AI tools become powerful enough.
