follow the steps below to check and download Your TNTET 2025 result:


  • Click on the link titled: “Release of Results – Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper I & II”
  • Select the option to check examination results for the relevant paper (Paper I or Paper II)
  • The TNTET 2025 result PDF will be displayed on the screen
  • Search your roll number in the PDF and download it for future reference

TNTET 2025 Cut-Off Marks (Category-Wise)

Below are the minimum qualifying marks required to pass the TNTET 2025 exam:

Minimum Qualifying Marks

  • General Category: 90 marks (60%)
  • BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / Persons with Disabilities: 75 marks (55%)
  • SC / SC(A) / ST Categories: 60 marks (40%)
As per the Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board, candidates must secure the required percentage based on their category to qualify for the eligibility test.
